So i woke up this mornin and wanted 2 run..... so i did.....drove 2 exposition park and ran....... and ran...... and ran...... and ran.... 4 a lil over an hour.
then went 2 Subway.
i feeel good about it tho.. im relaxed..... refreshed... bout 2go play basketball in about an hour too.... im trynna get my lil workout on cuz im trynna get right 4 tha ladies.
